I have been good, not even good GREAT!
I workout, bring my lunch to work, have my two little snacks that I make everyday to bring to work. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and NOTHING! not 1 pound NOT 1!
It is very hard to stay so optimistic when nothing changes. This is why I typically give up all the time. And I don't want to this time, however it is not very encouraging when you spend your time working your buns off and nothing is happening. GRRRRR!
