Weight-loss frustration!!!

I have been good, not even good GREAT!
I workout, bring my lunch to work, have my two little snacks that I make everyday to bring to work. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and NOTHING! not 1 pound NOT 1!

It is very hard to stay so optimistic when nothing changes. This is why I typically give up all the time. And I don't want to this time, however it is not very encouraging when you spend your time working your buns off and nothing is happening. GRRRRR!

    I do have one suggestion and I'm not even sure that you aren't doing some of this already... for seven full days eat at the lowest part of your calorie allowance, eat at least 2 servings a day of dairy and 4 of your fruits/veggies. One full week. Whenever I hit a slump, i'd cut back on my intake and eat no junk food. Worked every time.
    Also, make sure you're drinking your water. You won't lose as fast if you are dehydrated...
    hope this helps! Coming from my 5' experience, it's not easy being short. It has no where to go but OUT, lol.
