Getting back on track

So i am human... lol of course... but i have fallen off the health and fitness track... I would still workout but with out watching what i was eating I have slowly gained about 50 lbs back... i am not happy about it but i have rededicated myself to getting back to where i was... i have taken measurements and my weight and i am tracking all my food again with spark... I will have results again :) I know it

    You have such a great attitude, and it sounds like you are truly focused. Out of a 127 lbs, I had what I call a "90 pound relapse." I've spent the last year furious with myself, but this week I've realized that self-loathing isn't getting me anywhere.

    You can do this, beautiful, you look very strong. :)
