Good Weigh-In, as predicted

Today’s weigh-in was good. I weighed 193.6. I didn’t do sit-ups last night, just pushups. So tonight I’ll do them. I don’t know exactly where I’ll be for the fitness test, but luckily I don’t really need to do great this time. Normally I get above a 90 which means I test once a year (April). But since I tested with a waiver this past April it automatically meant I had to test again in 6 months. On top of that my score was an 80-something which also requires me to test every 6 months. That’s why I’m testing in October this year. But in Southern California October can still be really hot. That’s what I like about April. It’s usually pretty cool in the mornings, so that’s when I’d like to continue to test. As a result I have no interest in scoring an excellent this time around since I don’t want to find myself testing every-October.

I thought I was going to write about more than exercise and weight and stuff, but I just don’t feel like it. I expected to write a lot more today, but didn't get around to it.
