Woke up with the worst headache and dizzy half of my day but stayed on target. I have to. I've been trying to lose 20 lbs forever the only thing that has changed is now I have to lose 80 lbs. If I don't do this I realize Im only cutting my own life short. With diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol and losing weight is the best options. I added some rice cakes today. I felt a little guilty. I'm not sure if they are good for u or not. I added an extra Aktins shake and an extra piece of baked fish. I need to add veggies at dinner so I'm not so hungry. I'll figure out what works. I figure my body has to adjust to the new eating habits. The headaches and dizziness will go away. Take care sparks family until totomorrow. "Let's Do This"!!!!

    The dizziness and headaches are probably from the caffeine withdraw. My first full week of no chocolate, no soda made me incredibly jumpy. Like you I am determine to stay on track. Having health issues sucks, but can be an awesome motivator to get you started. emoticon

    Yeah, both your mind and your body have to adjust to the changes. It's good you added good things throughout the day. I think rice cakes are both good and bad, but you have to do whatever works for you. I hope the dizziness and headaches improve for you soon!
