3 reasons/excuses on why lifestyle (diets and exercise) plans have not been well executed in the past :
1. Eating more nutritious meals- Not checking the Nutritional Facts on the back of labels
2. Not following a good exercise program
3. Not working with my PCP and Nutritionist, like I should
1.Reading the nutritional labels when panning my meals.
2. Plan a time for the exercise and make it a routine daily.
3. Following the program my PCP and Nutritionist set for me faithfully
