Day 25 Whole30

Day 25 and changing things up a bit!  Oh.my!  Tastes SO delicious!  Cooked my wild-caught salmon in coconut oil with rosemary, chives and pink salt--then put on top of bed of greens with some avocado oil mayo, mashed cauliflower with ghee and pink salt and a little almond milk, and some baked in coconut oil sweet potato wedges.  YUM!!!!

Today was a fun day for Mary. She did really well at the Fair this year and actually won Best of Show on her decorated cupcakes.

Well, today the FedX guy shows up and congratulates her on "Best of Show" and hands her a box. She couldn't figure out HOW he knew but she said thank you! emoticon She got a box from Wilton Company with these free goodies! She is SO EXCITED!

5 more days of my Whole30 and then I'm going to take a few days off, and then start another round. [Bonnie, I'll write you on your page to give you more details if you want to do it with me]. When I say "take days off", I'm simply going to have some "treats" made with stevia and xylitol--can't wait to have some of my Lily chocolate bar that Mary got me for my birthday! emoticon Have you guys ever tried them? They can be somewhat spendy, but OH, SO DELICIOUS!


My favorite is dark chocolate with almonds. emoticon
