We all need goals. For a challenge I am participating in (BLC29 - Crimson Butterflies), we were asked to think of three goals to work on during the 12 weeks of the challenge. In my real life (you know, the non-virtual one), I write goals and objectives for students all the time. In the spirit of poking fun at myself, I am going to write them as if I was one of my kids
Given support and cues, Shira will lose 10 pounds in the next twelve weeks.
Given support, visual cues, and access to a tracking device, Shira will participate in at least 3 cardio sessions and at least 2 strength sessions per week.
Given support, visual cues, and access to a tracking device, Shira will reduce her fat intake by at least 25% over the next twelve weeks.
The next week or so I am going to continue to track my food to figure out the trends on where I am making mistakes and then make errors to correct them. I have already discovered my fat intake is far higher than I realized, hence one of my goals above.
