chips are my weakness

I think I might have finally gotten enough chips. My husband got some out last night and brought them to bed. I thought about eating one then listened to my body. It said. You don't like those anymore. It is right. I started thinking about eating one and realized I really and truly did not want one. hurray!. I read an article about a way to not eat those foods you are most tempted by is to imagine them covered in worms. I am going to try that on doughnuts.
