Still Under Tall (Relax...ME???)

My DH called me after he got to work just a few minutes ago and instructed me to "relax" today. I have to say that before I joined Spark People it was much easier for me to be a "slug". Since becoming part of the Challenges, etc. I have more energy (usually) and I'm WAY more active now than I was one year ago! I have all these ideas for things I want to do buzzing in my head (a good friend of mine who was my masseuse in CA told my DH that I "vibrate on a very high level")....and just doing every day activities is so much easier than it used to be. I'm thrilled about that, but it does mean than most of the time I do more than I should do. I'm not very good at "stopping" before I'm exhausted and he keeps reminding me I have physical limitations that I need to honor. I overdo it all day and then wonder why I hurt so much at night. But I HAVE gotten to the point that I can actually go out for a short night-time walk now without too much discomfort, and I'm really proud of that! I look forward to those short walks with my DH and our dog.
The weekly challenge this week is to plan 15 minutes of "me time" each day and we are encouraged to make a list of what we'll do with those 15 minutes. I usually DO find at least 15 minutes a day for me, but I've never written out a list before, so I'm going to take time today to take my husband's advice and while I'm "relaxing" I'll make a list of "me time" activities...that counts as "me time", right????
