Well, to say I have fell off the healthy horse is an understatement. But I realize I am the only one that I have to blame for this. I am getting back on this horse and I will be riding it back into the new year :). My plan is to track the food I am eating daily, stretch daily and do a T25 workout :). I will also look for the positive in everything. I have some negative influences in my life and I would love to quiet them without feeding their negative energy. Combating the hate with love. I know this will be difficult but I can do this. It's the healthiest way. I'm so done gaining weight! I will prove that I can do this again and with my sore back I just have to do this smarter. Track my calories better and stretch daily. My blog will be where I share my challenges :) because any great journey has them
