Well its been 1 week today. I have done very close to my best. Yesterday, Playoff day we entertained & I cooked as I love to do. Ham & Swiss sliders, Italian Meatballs, Meat & Cheese platter, chips, dip and my own super duper potato salad.
I had my 0 calorie ONE fruit drink which I love. I ate 1 slider, 4 meatballs & about 1/2 c potato salad. Was very proud of myself at the end of the day. Total Loss for the week 3 1/4 lb. I will take that.
My goal now is to get under the dreaded "2". Seeing that 2 is very distressing to my soul. Hopefully by next week it will be history!
So my Redskins lost...we are done for the year but boy we had a fun time winning this year after a long time drought of winning!!
I have nothing eat related on the schedule this week so I am quite happy about that. For breakfast I had my usual coffee mugs. For lunch my standby which I will have till I tire of it. Tuna, cottage cheese & cherry tomatoes.

I have been having 6 oz vanilla yogurt (145 cals) adding handful of blueberries & 4 sliced strawberries. It is such a good treat. This afternoon I had a snack of Skinny Pop. It is very filling & again low cals. (112). My total calories for the day came in at 1212. Oh I did have a handful of cough drops...probably another 50...woops:) I'm happy & on my way DOWN!
