Lost 30+ Pounds so far

Hello Everyone. I was 306 pounds. Lost 30+ pounds in last 3 months on my own. I cut down not out but down on carbs and Sugar. I try to drink more water and eliminate sodas. I about only once a month have a real sweet like 1 slice of sweet potatoe pie. I eat fruits, make my own homemade CHICKEN vegetable soup. Eat protein and protein fruit shakes. I have acid reflux. Have been on blood pressure pills for 2 months. Goal is to get back off of medications so I am taking hydrochlorothiazide and now cardizem. I was taking Lisinopril which caused too much coughing. I have post nasal drip so I need all advice on natural remedies. I am glad to be here and I look forward to friends. I'm on Facebook too. Donna Young. Wilmington Delaware.

    Thank you. My health matters now so I'm changing what I eat for a way of life instead of another diet plan. I like my new eating habits that I can stick too
