Let's do this again

Well I'm back and trying to log daily. I have lost some weight and hope that it will continue. Having a hard time with stress at work and home, but see no end in site there, but I try to relax on my walks and bus ride home.

    Welcome back! It seems like we can never escape the stresses from work and life. I'm always waiting for a break but, if it's not one thing, it's another. I've found that being on track and exercising helps me deal with it better. Not all days work out like I want (like today for example!) but for most days, it does.

    I wish you luck getting back on track! It's great to see you on the Fitbit challenges too!
