This is my new personal challenge. 100 days starting today which will end up on September 14th. During this new challenge I would work very hard to accomplish the followings:
1. Stay focus in eating healthy foods, my meal plan. I have to recognize that since March/07, I have cheated by eating chocolate cake and pumkin pie with cream cheese when I'd crave sweet. At least I am not craving my caribbean food and fried stuffs. I am doing pretty good on those. So stay focus is the first one.
2. Working out: I've been doing great on this one. But I also want to be able to jog in the mornings, if not in the afternoons. It is something that I would love to do. I bought my running shoes, and my outfit to start. But in the mornings when my alarm clock goes off, I just hit the snooze and stay in bed. And during my 100 days, I will work very hard to accomplish that one. I've been mentioning to everybody lately, but dont do it.. so I need to get a little bit jealeous and strong with myself and do it, without looking for anymore excuses. "Sometimes, you just trick your own self" I wont do that anymore.
3. Lose at least 30 pounds during this 100 days. I know I can do it. If I have lost 24 pounds so far since March, 07 (120 days) I can get 6 more pounds in 100 days) I just need stay focus and dont let anything get in my way.
