I'm back

I've been working on my diet for two weeks before I start exercising again. I've gained so much weight. I'm 4'11 and weigh 184. I've seen my Dr. And she says my blood levels are fine. However. I asked for my results and I was one point low on my iron levels. And one point too high on my pre diabities level. So I know diet and exercise helps with that. So I've put myself on iron tablets. And I'm drinking more water. Trying to increase my energy. I work nights and it's a struggle. Juggling cleaning and dinner and grocery shopping on my off days. I just can't fit it in on some days. Sometimes all I do is sleep.

    Thanks. I work in a deli so 5 days a week I am moving a lot. Just not enough.

    You do need your sleep. And as hard as we try, we are not Superwoman. I believe that if I can fit in a couple minutes of exercise in here and there that it does help.
