Still Hungry

Thursday, April 28, 2016

Ugh, 3 hours until bedtime and I'm still hungry. The problem is I already ate my alloted calories and have had 9 glasses of water already. What? Ugh!

Have I pushed my frozen berries trick on you? Slowly eating frozen berries like mini popsicles don't add much in the way of calories and can be very satisfying.

Are you able to tell the difference between true, body hunger and wanting to eat? It's a tricky one, eh? But if your body is really hungry or depleted, maybe a protein bar or a little peanut butter and celery will help? If you are feeling weak, maybe take a few calories from tomorrow in order to be okay?

Hope today and the weekend are easier and better!

Thanks for the tips. I had a 35 calorie snack, went to bed early as suggested. Not sure why, but woke-up after 3 hours sleep. Ugh. A siesta is in my future. Ha Ha

I try to eat every 4 hrs. U may need smaller snacks throughout the day. Try protein they make you feel full faster. Eat more in less portions instead of 3 big meals a day.

Try a cup of hot tea sometimes the warm can trick your body. Going to bed early that would probably be the best thing.

Either go to bed now (early) or take some deep breaths and do some yoga or meditation. Remind yourself why you are on this journey and where you want to be when you are at goal.

    You can do this.
    Be strong.

Try a small healthy snack and see if that will help.
