Have I pushed my frozen berries trick on you? Slowly eating frozen berries like mini popsicles don't add much in the way of calories and can be very satisfying.
Are you able to tell the difference between true, body hunger and wanting to eat? It's a tricky one, eh? But if your body is really hungry or depleted, maybe a protein bar or a little peanut butter and celery will help? If you are feeling weak, maybe take a few calories from tomorrow in order to be okay?
