I jog for 20 minutes today (on and off lol) ...whoop whoop!!! Anyone have any suggestions on on how to start ?!!

    I just started the c25k (couch to 5k app) today. It's an 8 week program. Great way to start jogging/running on a regular basis

    If you like jogging....start off small. try to go 5 minutes(without stopping), then walk for 5. Then do another 5, and so on. For the first few times...then up it as you become stronger.
