I'm fighting to keep going. But after my cardio dancing on Monday, it messed my hip pretty bad. I've been down since then, but still fighting thru the pain. I not doing as much and not pushing as much. But every Monday I'm going to try again to do the cardio dancing again to build my muscles in my hip as well in my body. As my fiancee said, no pain no gain.
