I'm watching a documentary on Netflix about the horrors of sugar. I am most definitely addicted to sugar. I'm not looking to cut it out entirely, but I need to cut out a lot. Being sick this week has helped a bit, although I've had a horrible sore throat (so horrible!) so I got some "No Sugar Added" popsicles, which help a lot. They taste just like any other popsicles though, so I wonder: "why do the others need added sugar?"
