No S Diet and Maintenance

I love the No S Diet ( www.nosdiet.com ). I've lost 15 lb. to reach my goal weight, since February 2016. My pants are falling off! The thing I love about No S is that I have made peace with food. What I eat is no longer a hobby or an obsession. I eat well, fresh and real food and I enjoy what I eat. For the most part I am not a foodie. I don't need fancy recipes. Food is fuel. I no longer think about it ALL THE TIME. That's one reason I got off Spark. It kept me food/diet centric. I am no longer that person. God bless No S.
