Three years ago I would take you on bike rides
with some amazing pics of the wilderness I would encounter.
Today I asked my hubby to put air in my bicycle tires.
He did. Well you know I couldn't leave it sit there and not take it for a spin after I got off work this evening.
So off I went. I was on the phone with my sister as I took off into the wild blue yonder on my bicycle. My intent was to only go a mile as I have not biked in forever. Well not too far into the ride, guess what I found...this family of birds, that I believe are herons.
They were amazing. I had to stop my bike to take the photo and was not sure if it would work being on the phone with my sister. But lo and behold it worked and I got an awesome shot of them.
I continued on my journey talking with my sister and ended going a total of 4 miles. Needless to say my hind end and other muscles let me know how far I went.
This sure brought back the good memories.
It also brought to me an idea
! Some folks may not have a friend or a dog to walk with at the times they are able to walk. However if you have a phone you could ask a friend or family member if they would like to walk and talk with you while on the phone. To keep you company. I have a blue tooth for my phone and I either wear that or headphones if listening to music. It was a wonderful time visiting, passed the time, went further than I had expected and I would also be willing to do it for anyone here that would need the support. Hit me up if you are interested.
Just my two cents for the day.
Have a great day my friends!
Until next time...Love n Hugz, Penny ^^j^^
