Today starts my Adventures in Self Care!

Yes I am still doing my challenges which are adventures also:
#1-Declutter my home in a year from pinterest. My mission clean the dining room table and it really needs it.
#2-Fit Food. Today I am to give my kitchen a make over. To be honest I did that as I put away my food yesterday-I cleaned, I threw, I rearranged.
72 more days until winter break for my son. I am so busy working on my, it's getting harder to think about Christmas. I don't want to stop and think what to get anyone for Christmas-lol. Yesterday I did get a Acorn Squash. I used a recipe on here. I poked 4 holes in it, poked 4 holes in it and put it in the micro for 8-10 minutes. I cut it in half and removed the skin. Added 1 T brown sugar and 1 T butter and covered it. Micro for another 6-8 minutes. I took off the skin and mashed it up. I liked the texture just a bit bladed. I am making spaghetti tonight Next time I make spaghetti I would love to use spaghetti squash. Can anyone tell me how to fix it in the microwave and etc? For my Fall Fun, I am wearing my Fall shirt today.
