My first week of dieting has not been too painful, until last night. Last night, I was feeling discouraged and late night carbs were calling my name. I was able to resist the urge but went to bed feeling a little sorry for myself.
This morning, before I even got out of bed, I felt different. My body felt better, just a little more agile. I stepped on the scale and I found out I was down 10 pounds.
Yippee!! I know that my weight loss will slow down, but it was fun to see such progress.
