Happy Saturday. Here's a yummy breakfast idea, guaranteed to keep you full. Greek yogurt parfait, with layers of fruit and flax. This version has a little bit of mango, a bit of banana and is topped with some berries and my favorite cereal treat - special k granola with chocolate and coconut. Nope, this isn't low cal - it comes in at about 375 calories. It's perfect for brunch.
