Back on Track

Today I feel so accomplished ,Yesterday I kept below my calorie intake ,I got in my 10,000 steps and I did a 40 min. arobics class ! I went to the fruit market and stocked up on healthy fruits and veggies.It's been almost a year since I've been on Spark and I must get back on the right path to getting healthy. My weight has only increased by 8 lbs. in the year,however I don't feel very energetic lately. I also am 50 lbs. over the weight I'd like to be. Well now is the best time to start.....Here we go.....gonna get an 🍎 for my morning snack and then do a workout.
