March Done!

Thursday, March 30, 2017

Well March is ending & hopefully no more cold snaps.
We had a very mild winter here in Maryland.

Allrighty, ready for another day of 100%.

Went to our fave restaurant last night & got the baked chicken accompanied by a few pickles. Nothing else on the plate. Also had diet soda..that was it! Love to know I can go & have great dinner & still feel good about my day.

Losing seems so much slower then used to be I used to lose 6-7 lbs in a week. That doesn't happen anymore but I am also not at all active due to the COPD.
I know I will succeed as I am focused & determined. At 70 years everything is SLOW!!!

A few of my favorite things to turn to are Walden 0 Calorie foods. Their salad dressings are an absolute saving grace for me. I use it even where I would use mayo so in my tuna.
Also I have a new Air Fryer so I expect that to be quite an aid as I can do Wings, Sweet Potatoes etc.

I also like to make a pitcher of "fruit water" in the morning to have in my office.
Using my 0 calorie Torani Sweetener....a pleasure to drink my water!!

We have a small Home Improvement Company & I am blessed beyond belief as my hubby built our home. It is tucked back in the woods and perfect for us & our pups.
I got to design my kitchen & it is a dream to work in. We have been here 16 years now & it seems like just the other day we were living in a camper & Erich was building it after work & on weekends!

I have my Poodles & everything I need & love running our company from my amazing home office.... & I don't have to put on makeup or do my hair...Woo Hoo! Here's to a great SP Day!!

Very nice. My son can't wait to be able to plant sunflowers. I told him he has to wait till may in case it still has a frost.
