Blogilates Beginner's Calendar: Day 11

Day 11...I'm still going strong!!! I'm so motivated!!! WOOHOO!!! :D

She started me off with 20 double leg lifts...I was able to do them ALL without NO BREAKS!!! Oh my goodness!!! :D

First video (Quiet Cardio) got my heart rate up and sweaty, but it wasn't too intense that I felt like I couldn't keep up. I've also noticed that I'm learning how to step more quietly! :D

Second video (Saddlebag Shaver) had no sound!!! Like, WHAT?!?! Cassey always plays music in the background to her exercises and apparently Youtube got hurt about it. Do you know how hard it is to follow an exercise regiment without being able to hear the instructor?! Oh well, I made it through and that's what matters! However, let me just get real with you all...if you do this video, DO NOT do it in front of a mirror. You will not look sexy like Cassey...you'll look like a drunk who's twitching uncontrollably...or maybe that's just me. Be warned though! LOL

Third video (Glad You Came Calves) about killed me. I modified it slightly by not holding any weights because I don't have any. However, even without the weights, my calves feel as though they're about to fall off and I'm pretty sure that during the exercise, my calves squealed. :) After I got done, I took a step to switch screens on my laptop and my leg almost gave out on me! Bahahaha

All in all, a good day. I'm still struggling with my balance...I don't know if it's because my core is so weak or if it's because my legs are still wonky after yesterday's workout. Either way, that's something that I need to work on!
