I'm mad and I'm not gonna take it anymore

I'm mad. I've gained weight.

I knew it would happen. I haven't been tracking and I haven't been exercising. I also knew I would have to get to a certain point before I got motivated enough to put a stop to it. That point is now.

My waist is 2.5 inches less than my hips. I'm a sausage. I call a halt to it RIGHT NOW.

I joined the 30 Small Changes in 30 Days challenge. this will help me get my habits back in order.

    Hey Judy,

    It's all about getting back up again, as quickly as you can. So our knees are scraped and bruised; they just let us know that we're still alive and kicking. Use your MAD to get moving, maybe some kick-boxing or self-defense training?

    I'm finding that focusing on positives gets better results than negatives: look for ways to reframe your challenge to things you CAN do, with what you have right now. You can do this. You are one smart lady. You may need to add some creativity to your approach or some humor, whatever works for you.
