I've tried this, I've tried that, I've done shakes, I've done WW, Atkins, South Beach, blah, blah, blah...

LOL Bottom line here is in order to loose weight you must take in less calories and you must get activity in to burn calories. There needs to be a deficit. It doesn't really matter what plan, or what products you use, you have to follow it and you have to move. I know this. I think we all probably know this.

My latest trend is Isagenix. Yes, another shake! I tried this product because of what a friend of mine was getting for results. No so much the weight loss, but feeling really good, and it worked. I'm still doing the shakes. I have lost some weight and some inches, too, but haven't gotten into the routine of exercise - YET. I'll get there. It's just easier for me at the moment (tendency to be lazy here) to take in a shake instead of planning and prepping meals and hauling this butt to the gym.

Here I am, back to tracking, back to writing and back to trying once again to get a little better than I was last week. One day at a time is all I can do. If I go into the past, I get upset over all the time I've sabotaged myself by treading water and no progress or worse, getting heavier. If I go into the future, I get frustrated because I want to lose all this extra weight yesterday, or tomorrow. I'm not known for my patience with myself. :-) Working on staying in the present here, right now, getting my water in, taking in really good nutrition and trying hard to stay positive.

Happy day, all! emoticon

You've captured what so many of us feel... wanting to lose it all today, regrets over gaining it in the first place, thoughts of all the things we've tried and failed, but here to try again!
Focusing on nutrition is a great place to start. You can add the exercise little by little.
