New Milestone

During the last couple of years, I've been hovering between 70 and 72 kilogrammes. I tried to lose weight roughly four years ago but never managed to break through the 68 kilogrammes barrier. No matter how much I paid attention to my calorie intake and exercises.

When I was at my psychologist's at the end if March I saw an article that peaked my interest. I'm going to translate it as soon as final exams are over (which is the 19th of May) for anyone, who might be interested. It talks about how fasting can be quite healthy and help losing weight if done right.

So I started skipping dinner since I can't sleep on a full stomach anyway and get up pretty early in the morning most of the time. I also started drinking three to four cups of black or green tea. Additionally, I also use the bicycle whenever I go into town alone.

And what do you know? I finally broke through the 68 kilogrammes barrier. I weighed 67.4 kilogrammes this morning. emoticon
