So today, I was able to get another workout in. I just need to start doing strength training rather than just cardio. Muscle building apparently helps you to loose more. That's what one of the articles that I read on Spark people.

The articles are very helpful. I bought a cookbook by Sparkpeople. I print a lot from the website, and I think that it should help too.

    I am finding a lot of recipes online from places like alllrecipes.com different associations like a particular food item, health issues etc

    I did cardio for about two months and when I added weight machines and started calorie counting I began seeing a difference. Several personal trainers gave me the same information.
