Coffee this fine morning, of course.
Found more information on diet/weight/feedback systems I have been looking for. I came across an excellent website that puts it all together for me.
It's called "The Hackers Diet" by John Walker. He lays it all out for what I have been thinking all along. It is a classic study of Cause and Effect.
To conquer my yo-yo weight loss means to bring it under control using negative feedback AND pre-planning my meals.
Armed with my new weight tracker, I'm getting a handle on the wild fluctuations (peaks and troughs) and starting to settle down with a smoothed out trend line.
The weight trackers I'm evaluating are called "Libra" and "Monitor Your Weight", both of which compute trend lines on my Android cell phone.
SPARKPeople provides the POSITIVE feedback that I need.
