Logging my way to feeling better

I like the idea of charting what I eat. So far I think I've done pretty well. I'm still learning my way around the site and am having troubles with some areas but perseverance is the key.

    You are so right. Perseverance is the key. I have been working toward my goal for a long time but am determined not to stop until I actually reach my goal. Once I get there, I plan to go on the maintenance program and keep working to stay in focus. Tracking is the best way to do that.
