Wow! I lost 2 pounds, 2 inches in 2 weeks!

I've been walking almost everyday. And, I cut out fried foods and sugar. I had 2 cheat meals for a friend's bday. A few fried pickles yesterday. And, a cupcake. But, I lost 2 pounds and 2 inches already. It makes a difference keeping track of everything I eat. And, not over doing it and giving up. I'm so stoked about the inches. My waist is my main goal to not look pregnant and have a muffin top anymore on my 5 foot small frame.
I'm going to the free gym in my apartments today. It's small, but free and will be much cooler than going outside. I'm going to do an hour on treadmill.
Slow progress is better than none at all. That's what I keep telling myself. I feel so much better already though physically and mentally.
I hope to have a 20 of my 40 pound weight loss goal done by Christmas. 🙏🏻🌟💖
