Since starting SP I do feel better, I feel more energetic than a few weeks ago. I look forward to the water aerobics. I make more of an effort to get up and move, it's real easy after retirement to just sit in front of the computer even when I'm sewing I make an effort to get up and do stretches. I carry my big glass of water with me. I have noticed that my pants are slightly looser even though the scale is hardly moving, am I discouraged with the scales yes, but I'm not quitting. Even the hub is "whats on the food agenda for the day"
