Scalloped potatoes recipe

I had many people ask for this recipe so here it is!
4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2-2/3 cup 1 percent milk
I use a mandoline to slice the potatoes on the thinnest setting.
Layer 1/3 of potatoes in a pan (I use a small cast iron pan) and top with salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat to make 3 layers. Pour your milk until it is halfway up the side of the pan (too much milk will make them runny)
Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until slightly browned.
The whole recipe is 760 calories and I usually eat 1/6 of the recipe for 130 calories.
