I'm getting bigger

I'm weighing more but now things are fitting differently. I try to stick to the plan with more water. It isn't easy though. I'm now at 197. I'm trying to drink more water and exercise and change what and how I eat. My thighs and my arms are pretty big right now. If I could lose those it would be much better.

    Why don't you research Dr Joel Fuhrman Eat to Live? It us a major dietary change, but ultimately...the cravings go away and the weight comes off easily without hunger!!!

    I hope so. You can see under where abs should be forming under my boobs. Things are loose. However I'm gaining more. I'm very concerned about that.

    Sounds as if you are losing in your muscles and it doesn't show up on the scale. When things fit loose, you can count that as good.
