Exercise

Today after much consideration I decided that I'm going to double up on my water aerobics, the sign up is next Tuesday. This is the exercise that I really love to do and because my Dr. says that 3 days a week is just maintaining my weight I'll double the time to do water aerobics. We'll see what happens.
