Thoughts for my day......

Wednesday, December 06, 2017

Remember why you are here.
Retrieve your mojo.
Get down to business. Enjoy!

Because we have weight issues we may feel we now need " to pay for" "what we have done to ourselves". We deserve punishment. I have felt that way for a long time. It's only recently that, with work, I am turning things around. I do not deserve punishment. I deserve to live the best life that I can achieve. I deserve to be happy. Eating with healthier choices, at least most of the time, is something I deserve. It is a positive thing. I deserve to be taken care of by me. So it is with exercise as well. It's exciting to see what the body can do when I regularly work it out to the level it can go. It's a thing of joy to try an exercise that I really, really like! I am on an adventure of finding myself that has been lost for awhile. Who will join me? You deserve the best as well!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hello Dianne, I do pay for making bad choices. I gained and am slowly losing and exercising hard. The thing is I need to do it slowly rather than fast I think and stick with it - no matter what. emoticon emoticon

I LOVE exercise! Once I get there and get going. It is getting off the couch and getting there that is tricky for me.
