I'm very happy the holidays are over, yes I did cheat. My weight has basically stayed the same. I'm back to swimming 3 days a week for 2 hours at a time hopefully that will help me to start back losing some weight. My clothes are looser but no shift in weight. This week I've been committed and feel pretty good about it. We'll see what my Dr. has to say when I see her at the end of he month.
