Attainable: Calorie range 1200 – 1600
Exercise: Minimum 20 minutes 5 days a wk.
Relevant: It will be better for my feet and back to lose weight. Plus I will feel naturally better in general
Timely: End date is April 4, 2018 I think for this round.
