I think there is something to it! I feel calmer, better organized, thinking clearer and I lost a pound. Well, it takes longer to eat too.
My left arm is slowly getting better and stronger, and soon I will be back to work, gardening cooking and holding the grandkids.
But I intend to keep eating,
brushing my teeth and texting with my newly discovered right😊
