Another new day

Today I swim then I'm joining Planet Fitness. The 6 hours of swimming every week for the past two months helped me to feel better and lose only a few pounds.
I'm hoping for something better, the last 15 pounds that I want off are not moving and I'm well frankly getting discouraged. I'm being positive about it. So I'm grabbing my water and off I go.
