One week down and 2 to go in “phase one”

My first week of creating new habits has come to an end, and in my opinion, I did excellent!
7 days out of 21 is Done ✅
I managed to keep all of my goals 😊
They were small goals but that’s ok, It’s been a while since I kept my promises to myself. And to be honest, it was pretty easy to do that extra when the goal is nit that big.
I had walking 10 min on 5 days and ended up doing between 15-30 instead. Some days I did 2x10 but like the Spark guy says.... it doesn’t matter, it’s still 20 minutes at the end of the day.
New goals for next week?
Increasing my fitness minutes a little and keeping the rest the same for now.
