Today was a good day

I did well so far. My day starts late so I have done well okay my exercise in and my veggies in I shopped for fresh veggies and fruit today. I also did something for a feral cat colony. I love cats I organized my fridge and freezer but needs wiped out. I am doing well but I feel like this is all I think about. Will it get easier will it become more automatic right now I feel like I have to focus on my goals and doing things right. Idk I feel better Don't get me wrong it is that sometimes I am mentally tired. Have a good night and a great Thursday. God bless you all.

    Yes, it does get easier and more automatic, if you practice, practice, practice. At first it takes a lot of thought and planning, but later, that mental fatigue goes in the other direction, and habit serves!

    Trust me... been there! And I'm still not perfect, but find that when I'm in the groove, it *is* easier to stay there. emoticon

    Oh, yes, I get decision fatigue, too!
    The healthy habits are automatic at times for me, and a challenge to keep at others. I still haven't figured out what ankes them so. I'm not perfect, and I won't give up. One day at a time.
