KISS! (Keep It Simple Stupid)

OK! Here we go again. LOL LOL I am laughing because it has become ridiculously silly. For me, it isn't that I don't know what or how to be the person I want to be. I know exactly what to do and how to do it. I just have to DO IT!
I decided to really keep it simple. In the past, I let myself get bogged down in the details. I have a Type-A personality and I get crazy with too much obsessive behavior. This time, I am going to have only one goal each week. My weeks go from Monday to Monday. It is already Tuesday, so this week's goal is super simple. From now until next Monday, I am going to focus on getting back into the habit of writing down every calorie I eat. I bought a new log book. It has bunches of clean pages for me to fill up with writings and my calorie counts. It is a fresh start!
