I usually struggle with setting goals, but I have an assignment to set some, so I am setting some here.
I will work on these to start the New Year.
1. Nutrition and Food Intake Goal
I will track my food daily , being mindful of my calories, fiber, and fat, protein, carbs.
As I become more successful at this I will implement calorie cycling and assess if it is for me.
2. Exercise Goal
I have not been exercising well or effectively. I cannot fully exercise due to health reasons, but I am going to build up some basics and proceed from there.
I will do some form of exercise a minimum of 5 days per week. At least Twice per week it will be an exercise video such as WATP or Tai Chi or Qi Gong.
A minimum of Twice per week it will be Strength Training exercises.
3.Nourishment and Self Care Goal
Also known as How To Keep My Sanity
I am starting at Once per week I will do a Guided Meditation and work towards Twice a week.
I will begin the Thrive Book and implement the things that will work for me with the Spark Ayurvedic Team.
This is all I can commit to at this time for goals.
Attempting too much too quickly overwhelms and discourages me.
