I'm trying to get back into things again. My eating has been good since December 30th with the exception of New Year's Eve. I've also been good at working out. I've gotten back on the elliptical and have started trying the 3 Week Yoga Retreat on Beach Body on Demand. I've never done Yoga before, and it's nice to try it at home. I have to make some adjustments since my belly gets in the way, but I'm pretty flexible at some of the poses.
My goal is to lose 30-50 lbs before August. My second oldest son is getting married, and I want to fit into a nice dress. Right now I'm between the normal sizes and the plus sizes, so nothing fits. I also want to try to get my husband in shape. I worry about his health so much.
