So far so good

So I've been "restarted" for about 5 days now. And good news! I really seem to have kicked it into gear!
It helps so much to be able to communicate with my trainer about this -- like having an AA "sponsor" on call. I don't need him much today, but it's helpful to know that he's on board.
It's also helpful to plan meals in advance -- today I know what I'm having for lunch (eggowich and a green salad) because I planned for it. And I'll be cooking bison chili stuffed peppers for dinner, and when I make dinner, it ends up being healthy, so there's that. Just not sure what I'm going to do about soup. I think we're out of beets, so no borscht. No mushrooms, I already did vegetable soup, not feeling pumpkin soup ... could do potato leek. But maybe I'll punt tonight (e.g. go canned) and pick up some beets or mushrooms tomorrow.
I also made a reservation for 4:30pm yoga today. And it's 1pm and I haven't had lunch yet. Time to get a move on!
