Sooo..how am I doing?
Weight loss is slow, but that is okay.
I am tracking my food , water, and exercise. Great tools that are becoming second nature to me. That is success.
I am feeling positive.
Clothes that I could not get into are fitting me.
I am feeling that I belong here on Spark People rather than guilty for not putting in great effort.
I am stronger and happier.
I am taking better care of me.
